1. About us

SkyCore provides drone-based fertilizing, aerial mapping, multispectral analysis, surveying and crop monitoring services in Central Europe.

Company registration details, registered address and VAT identification will be published here once confirmed by the business owner.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, to learn about our services and to request an assessment of your field.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
• Do not submit false, misleading or third-party personal data without permission.
• Do not copy, scrape or reuse website content for commercial purposes without written consent.

3. Field measurement tool

The satellite map lets you draw a field boundary and returns an automatic area calculation in hectares. Measurements are derived from satellite imagery and the boundary you draw.

Measurements are indicative. They are not a cadastral, legal or land-registry survey, and they must not be used for property, boundary or contractual purposes.

4. Price estimates

Any price shown on the website is an indicative estimate calculated from the measured area and the selected service. It is not a binding offer.

A binding quotation is issued only in writing after we review the field, access conditions, crop type, timing and applicable regulations.

5. Enquiries and no contract

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract or booking. It starts a conversation. A service agreement exists only when we both confirm the scope, price and schedule in writing.

6. Operational and regulatory limits

Drone operations depend on weather, airspace restrictions, permits and safety assessments. Flights may be rescheduled or declined where safe or lawful operation is not possible.

7. Intellectual property

The SkyCore name, logo, website text, imagery and layout are protected. Reference photographs shown on this website may be illustrative representations of the type of work we deliver.

8. Website content and reference examples

Reference projects presented on this website are labelled as representative examples and do not identify verified clients unless stated. Figures are illustrative.

9. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SkyCore is not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative measurements, estimates or website content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. External services

The map is provided through Google Maps Platform and is subject to Google's own terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party imagery.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as our services and legal obligations develop. The current version always appears on this page with its update date.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Slovak law, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence apply.
