This policy explains what personal data SkyCore collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
SkyCore is the controller of the personal data described here. Full company and registered-address details will be published here once confirmed by the business owner, together with a dedicated privacy contact address.
We collect only what you send us through the enquiry form, plus the field geometry you draw on the map.
We use your data to assess your field request, prepare a quotation, reply in your preferred language and keep a record of the enquiry.
Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps in responding to a business enquiry. Where a service agreement follows, processing is based on performance of that contract.
The boundary you draw is stored with your enquiry so we can plan the work accurately. It describes a location, not a person, but we treat it as part of your enquiry record and protect it the same way.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then deleted. Records connected to an actual service are kept as long as accounting and liability rules require.
Access is limited to SkyCore personnel who handle enquiries and operations. Data is stored on our secured hosting and database infrastructure inside the EU where available.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for advertising profiling.
You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us; we respond within one month.
Enquiries are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in a database with access controls that deny public read access. Only server-side application code with verified credentials can write or read enquiry records.
This website is aimed at farms and agricultural businesses and is not directed at children.
We update this policy when our processing changes; the date above shows the current version.
